How long will it take to receive my wallet card?
You will be able to immediately print your temporary wallet card and wall certificate once you pass the quiz and complete payment. Your signed wallet card and wall certificate (if purchased) will be mailed within 2 business days. You should receive the hard copy in mail within 7-10 business days. There is no additional fee for the signed wallet card.
What if I don’t pass the quiz at the end of the course?
The final quiz can be taken as many times as needed to pass. Remember that all questions are pulled from the course material, so you can review the curriculum if you don’t pass the first time. We have integrated the quiz questions into the content for immediate feedback. You can complete the quiz and study at the same time. There are no additional fees or charges for reattempting the quiz.
How long is your course(s)? Do I have to finish it all at one sitting?
Our e-learning courses are designed to let you work at your own pace. The average completion time for our course is 1 to 3 hours. The course does not have to be completed all in one sitting.

Does your course require an outside hands-on test?
No. Our interactive training includes step-by-step video demonstrations that allow you to practice along at your own pace. This training method will cover and allow you to build and practice the skills required to perform CPR. However, your employer or state or local government may require a hands on practical test. Please check before purchasing any online course.
How much do your courses cost?
We offer a Basic CPR course or a Standard First Aid course for $10 if taken individually. We also have a combo CPR and Standard First Aid package for $11.50 or a full CPR / First Aid / AED course for $12.50. We also offer a Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (includes AED) for $15.00 or the Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (includes AED) PLUS First Aid for $20.00. This includes unlimited access to all the study material. Each package also allows you to take the quiz as many times as needed and will allow you to immediately print the wallet card after passing the assessment. Digital download copies of your card, certificate and training manual are included. A hard copy of the wallet card and certificate can be purchased at checkout.
What happens once I have taken the NewLife CPR online course?
After you complete the course, pass the quiz and complete payment you will immediately be able to print out your proof of completion from your dashboard and you will receive a copy via mail.
What are my choices for a method of payment?
You can use any credit or debit card to complete your payment. We accept checks for group account payments of 10 or more.
